Emir Lewis is a native New Yorker, who has been editing professionally on the East coast for the last 10 years. Emir's feature film editing credits include the 1998 Sundance Grand Jury Prize & Cannes Camera D'or winning "Slam" as well as the critically acclaimed "Whiteboys" starring Danny Hoch & "Brooklyn Babylon" all directed by Marc Levin. His most recent television work include the controversial HBO Sports documentary "O.J. - A Story in Black & White" and the award winning PBS documentary "Two Towns of Jasper" which was 2002 Sundance film festival selection.
